Enthralling Industrial/quirky apartment decor & design. Excellent facilities, with very comfortable beds. Relatively easy walk to Dunedin town centre (15 -20 mins walk crossing railway bridge). Very clean although a bit of dust in places.

A bit noisy (location was close to busy road and railway station), and car parking was a bit challenging at times (although free on road all-day parking available 50-70 m from apartment).
