loved everything about the inside of the property and how close it was so walk into the city centre

only downside was it was in the more industrial area of dunedin

the appartment was new, modern and well equiped

The entrance was hard to find, the codes to enter were sent by bookings, not the appartment which wasn't clear in the confirmation email. The location, whilst close to the centre of Dunedin, was actually not good as the railway line separated the locations, requiring a car for any movement.

Noisy washing machine, however they are going to fix this

The living part of the property was good, well located and reasonably quiet. However the bedroom had no windows the only light was from a small perspex triangle in the ceiling, for those that have claustrophobia its very uncomfortable especially when there is no mention of this in the description, when I called the agents they assured me that another apartment would be available 2 days later and would contact us, but im still waiting for that call

We liked everything. It was a great funky little apartment that had everything we needed

There wasn't really anything. It was disappointing that the historic cafe on the wharf was undergoing renovations however we understand thats out of your control
