The Thomas Gregg Apartments

I loved everything about this property, its very quiet, close walking distance to shops and I like the layout of this property, I definitely will be staying here when I'm in dunedin.

I didn't like that there was no Cafe, if there was that would just be the cherry on the pie.

Cool rooms and deco.

It states sound proof walls but they are not and it states wifi but it failed multiple times it also stated a city view which was not at this location.

Beautiful interior, clean and everything you need in the apartment. Thoughtful things in the room like eye masks for the night, so that the skylight does not bother you. All in all it was a great stay and it is well located.

Just a note in the apartment that we stayed in if you are a tall person you might want to ask for a different apartment that does not have beams. My son and husband hit their heads a few times on roof beams at the kitchen area, seeing that it is very low when you walk up the stair to the 2nd floor. They have placed material over these beams, but with tall a person it will be a bit of bother.
