In general all was allright, except the issue we have detailed in the next point.

After spending some wonderful days in El Nido and in this beautiful hotel, we have finally left with a bad taste in our mouth because of the bad decision they have made from the hotel management, making us pay for a decorative element that was in our room and that accidentally only fell to the ground by the force of the air of a fan, breaking. Money is not important, but the gesture is. It's a shame that this kind of thing causes us not to go again and that of course we are not going to recommend at all. Not taking care of the tourist, from whom they live, is not the right way. I hope you take note and, above all, remove useless things from the rooms. Less is more. So that the experience is really "Happiness" they are much smarter commercially speaking.

Todo está genial. 5 minutos en moto del town, la zona está increíble y a 30 segundos de la playa.

No funciona el wifi y tampoco hay cobertura ( eso en general en todo el nido)

El diseño del hotel es ideal, te hace estar en la costa filipina en todo momento. El personal muy amable y atento, intentando solucionar los problemas y dudas lo más pronto posible. La comida, incluyendo desayuno, que ofrece el restaurante están muy ricas.

La almohada no es cómoda cuando haces más de una noche. El wifi del hotel en nuestra habitación fallaba, quedándonos sin internet y sin conexión porque la cobertura tampoco nos llegaba. Pero nos acabaron invitando a una comida.

one of the best stay in El Nido. If you are looking for a place where you can find peace especially at night, then this is for you. A shared kitchen also is a plus since we are here for 5 days, we don't always need to eat in restaurants and are able to eat fresh fish from the market. Due to heavy rain, our tour was cancelled but fortunately the resort has a pool so we still enjoy the day. Also. the staff are very accommodating, friendly and easy to talk to.

No stable Wifi in some areas of the room. The road going to the highway is also not okay. I hope they can have an easy way to access the resort like shortcuts hehehe

The villa was great

The room was very clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just a small thing about the AC is that you couldn’t change the fan, it was very strong.

The room was clean and tidy, nice to have a lounge area. Staff at the Happiness Resort where very helpful and helped with booking a day trip for us.

WIFI did not work at all, they gave us a free breakfast due to the WIFI not working, which was frustrating when you needed to book next trip. There was no mention on the website that the Boutique was not on the main site near the swimming pools and restaurant/bar which had to walk to from down the road. The grab driver could not find the property, so had to pay extra and took an hour to find it due to poor signage. The signage was under Happiness Resort which if we were aware of this the Grab driver would of known where to go. The property was down a hill and then stairs to the property which needs to be advised on the website for people who are unable to walk far or up and down hills. The room did not have a open balcony, it was enclosed and did not have a view.

The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need.

The way to the villas from the main street is not so nice.
