"Beautiful decoration but needs improvement"

The decoration was very nice and the cleaning was very good.

The villa is situated away from the main Street.The road that takes you there is not good.The exact position or way to the villa,is not mentioned inside the info of extranet.Pillows and bed felt uncomfortable.we had some issues with humidity in the villa.The first night we barely slept.Carolina the manager handled the issue as good as she could.We got the refund we asked for and they also gave us a discount on a massage treatment,which was really thoughtful of them.They told us that next month they will do some maintenance at the villa.The staff really does it’s best and the place is beautiful,but it surely needs improvements.

"Lovely boutique hotel in el nido"

Closer to the main town but away from all the caos! Perfect to get some rest! The room was quite spacious, comfortable and quiet. Staff was also very nice.

Didn’t really like the massage but the lady was very kind and asked why I didn’t like it. She offered me an ice bath to make it up which was nice of her!

"Perfect holiday retreat in El Nido"

Great location out of the way from el Nido town but close enough to get there via motorcycle. Pictures don’t do it justice. Staff unbelievably helpful and professional. Highly recommend to stay if you are visiting El Nido

"Big comfortable rooms in El Nido"

Big, comfortable, tastefully decorated room. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good with many plant-based options.

The hotel was a little far from the best beaches on the island.

"A stay ill never forget!"

Everything!!! from the hosts who were so friendly and professional! they even organsised staff to carry our bags on the short walk to the rooms. Room 5 star! The facilites were soo Amazing!! the 2nd pool was such a dreamscape! the food at the restaurant was superb! the location was perfect! just grab a tuk tuk for 50pesos anywhere!

"Very comfortable"

Very big room and shower it’s very powerful. Private garden.

Wi-Fi was not reaching very well. Missing a big mirror. No telephone to call the reception (only WhatsApp on mobile)
