"Perfect stay, delightful visit"

10.0

I LOVED staying here. I wish I could have stayed longer. The apartment is a delight and very comfy, and the location is perfect for walking around the shops and visiting the Parsonage. I felt like I might see the Brontës walking by outside any moment. And Nathaniel is a warm, gracious host. 10/10, would stay again.

This is just advice for early risers: the earliest you can go out for breakfast is 8:30 (Pave, just around the corner and across the street) as most places don't open up early. So if you want coffee and such earlier, come with provisions and enjoy the amply supplied kitchen.

Perfect location

The only slight issue was the toilet didn’t always flush very well. Also just discovered that reviews from January 2025 mentioned the increase in car park prices, yet we we’re only told on our arrival on the 16 Feb 2025. This should be changed on Booking.com

Location was brilliant 🥰

Phone signal rubbish couldn’t receive messages but thankfully the message did arrived for change of car park as the first one would have charge £43! Finally found the second car park BD228QN Paid £11 after ringing to pay over the phone.

"The Rookery Nook is an enchanting stay that makes you feel like you’ve jumped into a Brontë book"

10.0

I truly think you’d be mad to stay anywhere else in Haworth, especially if you’re visiting for the Brontës. The Rookery Nook is enchanting, it’s like living in history. Right in the middle of everything. They’ve decorated it beautifully and so on theme.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like!

"Very good"

8.0

It was almost like going back in time which was nice to experience, the kitchen had everything you would Need although I didn't use it. The owner was very helpful over messages and replied straight away.

There was a smell coming from the toilet and the shower wasn't amazing, Quite cold and slow.

The rustic feel of the place. Spot on location.

The fact the parking is not £5 for the day. It is £1.50 p.h and that's from 8am to 10pm. This cost me over £30 for two days and only found out on the day.

The purpose of our trip was to escape the 100 mile an hour lifestyle! We visited Haworth around 10yrs ago by chance, quaint relaxing, charming everything a break should consist of. The Rookery Nook was absolutely amazing- warm, cozy, relaxing, comfortable after a walk around the high street, sample the local cafe, sample a real ale or two from the pub opposite ( fantastic pub ) back to the room close the door hot bath, Cup of tea and a biscuit and relax forget the crazy world outside. Cannot thank or fault the host & Haworth enough we both feel invigorated, what we hoped our stay would achieve and it did thank you.

Read above what is there not to like we hope it explains our stay ?

"Great place to stay for a Trip to Howarth"

8.0

Excellent location, couldn't be better. perfect for a few days and 2 nights in a beautiful village!! Bed was comfy and the room was lovley and warm.

Only thing was the price of the local car park. As others have said in previous reviews, the price have gone up considerably.... it was a £1.50 per hour between 8am and 10pm, so in total I paid about 50 quid for the trip. Appreciate this isn't anything to do with he accommodation, However, maybe some sort of deal with the local borough council for a cheaper rate for guests could work.
