Great location for Horsham Hard to get better as by the park also

not much as pretty well as advertised :-) Incredibly very warm considering -5* outside

The accommodation was small but lovely. it was clean and had everything you needed.

You have to be careful not to hit your head in the bedroom with the sloping roof but it is really comfortable other than that.

It was very homely and had all of the things I needed. The bed was very comfortable.

I nearly fell up the stairs a couple of times because there is a little step so might be handy to put a little sign up but aside from that no complaints at all.

The location for us was great. Easy to get to via public transport. We came to meet family living in the area and do some shopping and it was perfect.

Honestly - nothing. It was all super. Nice and warm. Lovely outdoor seating area for better weather (being January, we didn't use!!).Katrina is the perfect host, she has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable.

The location was easy to find, instructions for entry were clear and simple. It had everything we honestly needed. It is the perfect amount of room. We had an excellent time! Can't recommend it more.

Good location, very clean, outfitted well, lovely surroundings, owner very helpful.

Only concern was upstairs bedroom was alcove not suitable for someone who is very tall.
