Very central with lovely sun trap outside space. Host went the extra mile with lots of nice touches!

limited cooking facilities but not a problem as central to town for eating out

"Nice place, irritating host."

Nice place stay in, cosy little space what we needed.

No warning about restrictions on parking. Only room one car on drive and was told had report what we were doing and when to host. Didn't make it easy getting one car had on the drive in and out. Recieving text messages telling us not wear heels, asking us timings on going in and out when quite frankly nothing do with her as we were paying stay. You wouldn't have to do this elsewhere.

"Charming, comfortable but…"

The coach house is charming, set in pretty garden. Lots of extras provided - like makings of breakfast and snacks. Horsham is a lovely town plus easy access to London or Gatwick.

I’m reluctant to say anything negative but… if you’re older and “nature calls” more frequently in the night and/or you have back issues, be aware that the bed is in the eaves and requires a certain amount of manoeuvring to get in and out plus the bathroom is downstairs. I stayed in somewhere similar many years ago and found it delightfully quirky.

"Excellent place but watch out if you're tall"

The apartment is superb with lots of little home comforts. Everything is very clean. The host is friendly and helpful.

Bedroom has very low ceiling and as we are both tall this made it difficult to get in and out of bed. The bathroom is downstairs and the stairs need careful navigation especially at night.

"Beautiful, quiet, comfortable stay."

After an early arrival at Gatwick, Kristina made great efforts to get us access to the place by mid-morning - great! Pleasant gardens for sitting and resting. Super location vis a vis train station (6 minute walk) and town center (5 minute walk). Kristina's scones were a nice surprise.

No complaints. The weather was cool and the place quite comfortable. I don't know how it would be in a hot spell but, again, I don't have any reason to criticize

Great location, close to train station and only a short walk to the town centre! The property was very well presented; clean and very comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike!
