Great place

The swimming pool was under renovation and I was not notified when I booked the room

Condo spacious.bathrooms very nice. The gate staff was very friendly and helpful.good job to them.the grounds were maintained very nicely. L l

The pictures did not show the actual condition of the property.there was 2 properties connected with same name but could not use the other facilities.there was a swimming pool closed for remodel but was not communicated at the time of booking.if I knew I would have stayed elsewhere.there was a signboard explaining the remodel and was supposed to be finished in march.now is July and haven't started it will be the end of the year at least.there was another pool open with floor tiles loose and missing with only 6 chairs. On the grass area overlooking the water there was a dozen or so. Not nearly enough.the unit I rented was clean but need extensive upgrading. The furniture old and damaged in places.kitchen counters stained and unsightly.the railings on the balcony were rusty and unsightly.air conditioning needs replacement.units very old and some rooms had hard time maintaining temperature

Room size is big and make us feel comfortable. Facility and utility in room is very good.

One part of swimming pool is being fixed.
