Clean and nice location

1. Free parking but limit 2 cars. It’s not reasonable for 4 bedrooms. 2. Staff, they are security not a reception so they don’t have service mind. 3. The policy is not reasonable. Don’t eat or drink in the garden near the beach.

Its right on the beach and within walking distance of a few restuarants. Very large shopping mall within walking distance,about 1.25Kms

4 couples and only 1 room key and 1 key card for door access to lift. The person at front desk was not very helpful when we needed a key card to access lifts,they seemed dis interested. Half pool closed for repairs. The cafe/restuarant was expensive by Thai standards

aircon problem at first due to Noone there to assist, not sufficient kitchenwares for family stay, difficult to get a hold of person in charge n security could not assist much,

The property scores well for its location. The building staff were very polite and welcoming and the host of the apartment was attentive to welcoming us. The apartment itself is clean, although a few amenities require an upgrade. All in all a good experience for a weekend get away.

Although the property is advertised as a sea view property.. it not like you could sit on the couch and enjoy the sea view. One has got to get onto the balcony and look over. That said, the property is very close the beach and the beach here is probably the cleanest you will find in Hua Hin.
