The Sunrise of your Dreams with Total Ocean View with New Modern Kitchens 75 m2

I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment felt very cozy and had everything I needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bedroom was quiet — I didn’t notice any noise at all. The view was absolutely amazing, I loved waking up to it every morning! 😍 The location is perfect, very central, close to the beach and shopping center, so it was easy to get around. The host was incredibly kind, flexible, and helpful, which made everything even more comfortable. If I had to mention one small downside, the furniture isn’t the newest, and the upholstery could use a little refresh. But overall, it didn’t affect my stay — I felt at home and would happily come back anytime! 🤍

Great location near Funchal, and multiple beaches. Apartment is in great condition, working washer! And a great view. Also had a free parking spot.

Location was ok, we knew it is about 2km walk from city center. View is very nice from the living room. Apartment is spacious and despite it being above a busy road we could sleep well in the evening. Beds were good. It was essential to have the parking in the building. The apartment and furniture are older then how it looks on photos. The owner made good contact by Whatsup.

We are used to a better equipped kitchen - no corkscrew, no knife for cutting bread. No paper tissues, we almost had to ask for toilet paper. Had to ask for washing machine tablets. No salt/sugar. A few little things that make big impact on making you feel welcomed,

Nice view and good located. Easy to go to city by bus, stay locally or travel over the island.

The apartment was spacious and immaculate with a fabulous view.

A folder with instructions as to Wi-Fi access, garbage disposal and directions on how to use the stove would’ve been helpful.

Amazing view, Perfect location

Our vacation was in winter. In winter it is definitely a great place. Don't know about summer.

The location was amazing, the indoor parking was great. The view magnificent, we had a wonderful time at the apartment. The host, Martin, gave great suggestions for what to do. We will be back!

nice clean accommodation with a wonderful view of the ocean, mountains and the city, a little noisy due to the nearby construction site, but it will only be temporary, otherwise perfect

The view was absolutely beautiful!The apartment was clean and the host very nice and responsive. There's a lot of good restaurants in walking distance and a nice walking path by the ocean that leads to a natural pool!

There was no AC so we had to sleep with the windows open and it was very loud, especially since there was constructions going on around. We had a person sleeping on the living room bed and even though it's a stunning sunrise, it might be a little too much when trying to sleep! Just something to consider if you are planning on having someone sleep there. The bedroom was great though!
