apartamento com algumas falhas, durante uma semana, ninguém foi ao apartamento, mudar as toalhas, fazer a limpeza, a lâmpada do quadro principal não funcionava, o gel duche da casa de banho estava estragado,a placa para cozinhar era antiga, veja que foi preciso 30 minutos para cozer uns ovos, a noite era possível ouvir pessoas a saída do bar ao lado. ninguém na recepção do prédio ao fim de semana, portanto estávamos por nossa conta. portanto quer parte do reembolso da minha estadia

The apartment is located on Funchal’s best beach. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Everything was quiet and relaxing, and the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

If you don’t have a car, it can be quite challenging to get from the building to the nearest supermarket, especially with kids or elderly people. However, there’s a bus stop very close to the building, which makes it easy to get to and from the airport.

This apartment was exactly what we needed. It looks just like the pictures, and you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay: all the kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a microwave, etc. It's also very clean. What makes this apartment special is its location—it's right on Formosa Beach, offering a beautiful ocean view. The beach features long stretches of stone and black sand, and there are plenty of restaurants with delicious food, and natural swimming pool just a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, there's a lovely walking route that leads directly to Câmara de Lobos. It's easy to get anywhere in town from here, as it's close to grocery stores and a bus station. We definitely will come back and keep recommend it to our friends.

There is no air conditioning in the apartment. We managed fine during our stay since it wasn't too hot, but I think it could be difficult in hotter weather. Also, I have a suggestion—this may sound silly, but I prefer to keep the places I stay clean, even if it's just a hotel room. Our stay was for two weeks, which is a long time, and I wish there had been a vacuum available. While there is a floor brush, it was hard to remove all the sand we tracked in from the beach.

Great location for exploring the island, sunset, sound of the sea. Spacious apartment.

The apartment has smelt like some animal has died in tha fridge, everywhere ants even in the coffee machine, if you are going to stat with a group taking shower is a problem as if one uses showers others are going to use cold water. 80l maximum capacity is not ok for 4people.
