Lokalizacja

"De Lux" niestety ma już swoją świetność za sobą i zdecydowanie nie jest tak „de lux”, jak sugeruje nazwa. Widać zużycie oraz brak odpowiedniego standardu utrzymania, nawet jeśli chodzi o czystość. Dodatkowo dużym problemem był parking — nie otrzymaliśmy numeru do bramki, co znacznie utrudniło dostanie się na teren obiektu. Całość pozostawiła raczej przeciętne wrażenie.

Apartament w bardzo ładnym punkcie, blisko centrum,z parkingiem ,niestety trochę wysoko

Mieszkanie zaniedbane,wykładzina w pokojach brudna,pełno kurzu, szafka nocna oberwana tak jak i lampka,w kuchni wyposażenie minimalne, brak filiżanek do espresso, patelnia nie przystosowana do indukcji, zapchany zlew!
