Clean and tidy basic accomodation. Good to have a parking spot and washing machine was a bonus.

We only sleep there and didn’t use kitchen etc. all okay. The shower was within the bath which may be a problem with people with mobility issues.

Very convenient location for hospital. Also nearby large park for walking the dog. Several supermarkets nearby. On easy bus route to town centre.

The location was brilliant for the Hospital, a nine-minute walk. Very convenient. The place is clean and comfortable,

A few tiny things. There were no lids for the pans: the owner's answer was that they were damaged, and so removed. There was no plug for the WHB in the bathroom and when I mentioned it, the owner replied that the bath one fitted it! In fact, it did not, as it was too large, but the one in the kitchen did! Neither of these small things were deal-breakers, and maybe the owner is busy, but it's is a shame because the flat is comfortable and convenient and a little TLC could fix these tiny details. Despite these comments, the flat's location and price were perfect. We appreciated it and would happily go back.

Location was all right, not that far away from a bus. The accomodation was spacious.

It was little bit dirty and a kinda mouldy. It can really represent problem to people with asthma and allergies. It was kinda wet, even in the june, and we washed our clothes (in the washing machine that was also contaminated by moulds), it wouldnt get dry even in 2 days. The communication with the host was somewhat suboptimal and sometimes it seemed like we talked to AI, not a real person. We needed an invoice, which has not been provided to this day. Only one key was provided, so its not really covienient, if one wants to have seperate programs with colleague - we could leave the key in a small box with a code, but one could easily get inside if he wanted to use violent method. We did not feel comfortbale leaving eg laptops and cameras inside because of it. The secod key was denied to us. Overall - good price, all right to stay for a few nights with reduced comfort. Huge improvement would be better communication and cleanliness.
