"We didn’t stay"

Nothing, it was awful. We did not stay because it was so dirty. It also had broken, damaged or unsanitary fixtures and fittings

Everything. We are seeking a full refund as we paid for a service we could not used. Disappointed in customer service and their lack of support. Nearly 4 weeks and we haven’t received our refund

Very nice apartment, clean & tidy, had most the basics needed. Good location and short taxi journey to the centre. Wifi provided

No bedding provided for sofa bed. Can be abit noisy with traffic at night

"Abysmal and can not recommend unfortunately alough host seemed nice enough"

The host was very responsive and seemed nice however the property is not up to the standard of a 3* as rated by booking.com

Cleanliness throughout was abysmal, plug sockets damaged dangerously, furniture damaged, no bedding for the sofa bed, 2 flat pillows on each bed no spare bedding, kitchen facilities poor and nothing like in the advertised pictures. Photos shown on the add are not accurate for the property.
