Everything was top notch. It was very clean, had all amenities and spacious.

Nice location, clean apartment very good customer support.

Sofas were too dirty so many stains on it. Microwave's inner plate was missing toilets seat cover was moving around. Small shower drain was blocked had to open it myself.

It was close to the city and very easy to get to what we needed. Close to all the major roads going to other cities. Plenty of supermarkets close by and other shops with what we needed.

Very basic cooking implements, saucepans and so forth without lids. It did make preparing and cooking meals a bit of a juggle. I purchased and donated a colander to the property. A welcome book or information folder with how to use the appliances would be a good idea

The location was fine gave us easy access to where we needed to go.

The building was in a main road so was noisy in that side. If double glazing was fitted on the front room this would eliminate much of the noise.

The beds were extremely comfortable, it was very clean, the seller was friendly and they provided towels and shower supplies in small bottles. The seller also had great communication and the instructions provided were clear. Any problem I came across I was able to talk about amicably and politely with understanding.

First of all the photos are misleading, the bedrooms look the same but the other facilities such as the kitchen and living room are flawed. It's shown as having a fully furnished and usable kitchen, but the microwave plate was missing and other things like the applications weren't there either. There was a microwave and a kettle but that was it. The cooker hood was coming off the wall and the old food from previous customers were still there, opened and dirty. The fan was covered in dust and there was water damage to the living room wall and ceiling which the seller is aware of but hasn't fixed. The sofa was also stained and not appealing to sleep on. The location is about two hour walk to city centre or a half hour taxi. Overall it was a comfortable stay but things can be improved as it's such a gorgeous property but sadly it hasn't been maintained and has so much potential. Kitchen and corridor lights weren't working correctly either.
