Very nice apartment. Exceptional good mattress for my liking!

I loved the naturally well-lit space, its spaciousness, the attention to a feeling of upscale and luxury, the private entrance, the magnificent balcony with sunset view over the ocean, The Fab conveniently downstairs, the proximity walking distance to everything I needed and easy to get anywhere in the city quickly. And I was so well cared for by the team. And it’s even more gorgeous in person than the photos depict! Absolutely marvelous. I would like to selfishly keep it a secret for myself (; and also want others to enjoy!

Beautiful interior and location

The pictures doesnt do justice with the actual place. The place is huge, beautiful and perfectly located in prime location. Definitely recommended!

Then telling it’s a one bedroom apartment, would prefer to call it The Loft with all the modern amenities. Right in the center of Colombo and is prefect for families, friends and executives.

Upul kindly met us at 1am after our flight from Singapore, which was very much appreciated and made our arrival stress-free. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very well serviced. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and the ocean views. The location is excellent, with easy access to plenty of restaurants, and it’s still only around 10 minutes to the Fort area by tuk-tuk. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place.

Not all of the window treatments/blinds were working, but this didn’t significantly impact our stay.
