This place is enormous! Amazingly located and good value for money. Highly recommend if you are staying in Colombo, especially if for an extended period of time. Well equipped flat also.

Toenail and hair found in the bed

Ein riesiges Studio und total modern und komfortabel. Wir haben sogar zwei sehr leckere Kaffees morgens serviert bekommen. Das Studio liegt direkt über eine Art Bäckerei. Sehr gut zum Frühstücken!

Studio 474 was a luxurious stay for the first and last night of our trip to Sri Lanka. It is well located to lots of shops and restaurants as well. Huge apartment with most of what you would need.

The only reason it’s not 5* is there was a toenail and hair in the bed on our second stay there 😳

I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It is very spacious and clean, fitted with modern fixtures, the manager is very friendly, understanding and flexible. I highly recommend the accommodation for all stays whether long or short.

Wow.. the size of this studio is huge. Feels like a home away from home with big outdoor private area.

Little difficult to find. Thought there was washing machine and dryer but only washing so had to pack wet clothes

Amazing facilities with top of the range specs. Very clean with views of the sea. Absolutely immense volumes and complete set of amenities from induction cooking range to oven and washing machine.
