The studio is extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We found the location convenient, close to the main attractions. The building offers the convenience of private gated parking on the ground floor, with direct elevator access to the apartment, which made arriving and bringing in our luggage very easy. When we arrived, we found the floor to be dusty, but the staff was very responsive and came promptly to clean it, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the parking area was not well-maintained. We noticed it was dirty and had issues with insects and even rats, which was quite off-putting.

The apartment was fantastic, offering a great location just a few minutes' walk from the ocean. We loved the convenience of having cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The space itself was very spacious, modern, and clean, making it feel comfortable and welcoming. The apartment was well-maintained, and we appreciated the top-floor access via the lift. Additionally, the 24-hour security gave us peace of mind.

Unfortunately, our experience was a bit ruined by ongoing construction on the floors below us. The noise from the demolition-like work was extremely loud and annoying, lasting all day. The kitchen could have been better equipped, as it was missing some basic utensils, which would have made cooking more convenient. Lastly, while the apartment advertised high-speed internet, the actual speed was only 25mbps, which could be Improvisation.

The apartment really impressed me—it’s big, open, and has everything you need. It’s one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in during my time in Sri Lanka. The location is great, with a restaurant right downstairs, which was very convenient. The staff were very kind and welcoming. We arrived early, and they let us leave our bags at the restaurant and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. Communication with the hosts was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sri Lanka.

A beautiful spacious apartment. The sea view could be enjoyed from the verandah.A great place to relax and unwind from time spent sightseeing or shopping. It had all the amenities required. I would highly recommend Studio 474.

I’ve traveled far and wide and stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world; some good and some not so good. However, this place was one of the most impressive of anything I’ve experienced before. Not just in terms of quality but value too. It exceeded any expectations on my behalf and the pictures on the website just don’t do it justice. I was met by Upal on my arrival who was very friendly and professional. He was always available to contact. The apartment is ultra modern with plenty of character and style. A lovely view from a private balcony overlooking the ocean is another bonus. It is immaculately clean with a beautiful comfortable bed, fantastic kitchen, state of the art bathroom and massive living, sleeping and dining space. A/C and WiFi are both excellent. An added bonus was the “Fab” coffee shop and bakery on the ground floor. It was outstanding in every way. As value for money it’s worth double at least. A pleasure and privilege to stay. If I ever return to Colombo I know where I’ll be staying. I have added pictures of the accommodation but it seems Booking.com do not always show them.

Not a criticism in any way but it’s a mile or two from the main tourist areas but tuk tuks are readily available and you can also download the ‘PickMe’ or ‘Uber’ apps and hire them that way….it works out cheaper and no haggling.

It is as very luxurious appartment. Beautiful an very big. On the ground floor there is a very good bakery with lovely cappucino.
