Stayed in this exceptional 1 bedroom apartment for 25 nights in September 2024. The apartment was very spacious, the furniture and all the appliances were modern. Nuwan and his team from Fab were very obliging and attended to our needs promptly. We had a very pleasant time in the apartment and recommend it highly .

First, awfully dirty, managers showed us the place wearing street shoes, also greasy stains on the couch, dust is everythere. Second, anyone can come to your door via elevator, the door is not very sturdy, you just don't feel safe there
