Facilities were beyond what we expected, and the view was excellent. Could stand out on that balcony forever! Close to several restaurants and supermarkets and only a short stroll to the beach and pool.

Very noisy outside throughout the night. No choice but to leave the windows open to let some fresh air in due to lack of cooling

Well appointed and lovely, great view from apt, owner very responsive. Easy to access apt, easy to find. On hill above fun section of town with lots of caés and restaurants .

No heat and one night quite chilly. Need printed instructions for oven--,we got it working once but couldn't again, even looking at instruction manual. Would be nice to have shower amenities.

Large, modern, comfortable, very clean apartment, which is well equipped. Fast full fibre broadband. Underground secure parking. Convenient for roads in/out of Funchal. On a bus route. Close to some good restaurants and supermarkets, but up a short hill from the busy area of Sao Martinho, so it is residential with no tourists passing by. There was a nice welcome package of fruit, biscuits and Madeira. Thanks Bruno.

The road running behind the apartment is very busy, and during the day there is a lot of traffic noise. After a couple of days we got used to it!! However the barking dogs across the road were a nuisance - again only during the working day when the owners seemed to be out, and anyway we were ourselves out most of the time. But this is a city property, and in UK we live in the countryside, so perhaps we just see things differently. The balcony faces east and only gets the sun until 1100, so not a flat for doing any dedicated sunbathing!!

Everything was perfect!

Impressive apartment.Clean rooms,bathroom and kitchen.In the kitchen you can find all necessary equipment. Owner was very nice and in touch with us via whatssup. Apartment good for a couple,2 couples or even a family.We are planing to go back here!

Very roomy, clean and comfortable accommodation with a nice view from the terrace. Great and easy access location.
