Brockhurst Lodge

It's a lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfy stay. Communication was excellent, and there was lots of helpful information available for the property. There's a garage close by for supplies and an M&S Food a short distance away. We slept very well.

The road outside is very busy, but we didn't notice it too much when inside.

Everything above expectations, nice touches like quality art on the walls, large good quality bathroom soaps, virtually new kitchen appliances and utensils. Soundproofing was good, I barely noticed the traffic noise from the A32.

Parking at the back of the property wasn’t ideal.

Good value and clean

The property was amazing. Beautiful kitchen and living area. Tea & Coffee facilities prepared and some biscuits, milk and orange juice in the fridge too. The rooms were lovely and there was soap and shower products available.

Few cracks in the paint/foundations. Washing machine in the pictures but not available to use (we did contact the owner and they explained why but still a shame nonetheless)

Nice little house, very clean, with open living dining and kitchen, kitchen had all kitchen stuff needed, one double bedroom and one single bedroom, and nice bathroom, upstairs, one car parking space at the rear of the house for small or medium car, petrol station shop just across the road.

Busy main road, with traffic noise, didn’t bother me too much though, slept great for two nights

We were delighted with the cleanliness and coziness of the property, which was our base for a weekend catch up and Christmas shopping trip. A very well kitted out, decorated and considered home from home.

It's a beautiful house, we have booked Brockhurst Lodge before, it's comfortable, clean and warm. It has everything we needed for a short break. There's also books, games and DVDs if we wanted them. There is a dedicated parking space. It's convenient because it's close to a shopping area and it's only a short drive to Gosport and the ferry to Portsmouth.

The parking space is at the back of the house, accessed by walking round the road, which was OK in the summer, not so convenient when it's raining. It's also very tight to get in and out of at times, we have a small car so it wasn't a problem.

The house was comfortable and spacious with everything provided that was needed. Loved the art work throughout . Felt it was well throughout for customer comfort and ease of use.

Unless I missed it in the information book , I couldn’t find access to a back door/ fire escape .

A great location to visit Wickham Festival. We knew in advance that it would be a bit noisy - being on the main road - and it was a little noisy, but not excessive, and it really wasn’t a problem. We all slept well, including the children. Great facilities and very clean.
