The property is spacious in a great location with great views. Well renovated and comfortable.

Getting access to the property was deeply frustrating and took many many emails back and forth with the host. It was like dealing with a Chatbot.... saying they are being helpful when the truth is they were unhelpful. Downloading an App is mandatory but the link was not sent. Luckily we were already in Malta so could sort it out but had we arrived straight from the airport it would be impossible. The host would not attend but was watching through cameras. It spoilt the whole experience.

The flat is in a good location and the host has clearly spent a lot of money upgrading the property which is well presented and comfortable. But the property is over a cafe / bar so noise was an issue.

Gaining access to the property was really difficult. The host was not helpful. You need to download an App and even then it was not easy. Unnecessarily complicated. Other problems.... the automatic lights in the hall don't work correctly meaning walking up the first part of the stairs is in complete darkness and we were woken at 3.00 in the morning by commercial rubbish collecting at the bar below.

We were early due to flight times, Ivan had the property ready for us and facilitated the early entry -fabulous Thankyou. He sent messages with recommendations for Taxi - Bolt and bus apps. Taxi service was great. Nice area in the three cities we had a lovely time ( not everything was open due to time of year) Everything you could need was provided in the apartment

Schönes Apartment mit Cafe und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ruhig gelegen, direkt am Hafen von Kalkara. Unser Gastgeber Ivan war perfekt. Super hilfreich und immer jederzeit per Whats App erreichbar. Würden beim nächsten Trip nach Malta in jedem Fall wieder buchen.

Wir waren eine Woche im Appartement und können es gern weiterempfehlen. Es liegt sehr zentral und ist doch sehr ruhig. Vom Balkon aus gibt es eine wundervolle Aussicht auf den Hafen. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind kostenfrei gleich in der Nähe. Es gibt Cafes und viele Restaurants, eine Bushaltestelle und der Anlieger für das Boot nach Valetta sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es hat einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und alles hat funktioniert. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar.

Nichts

De accommodatie zelf is prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien, niets negatiefs op aan te merken. De accommodatie is op loopafstand van de mooie oude Three Cities en restaurants. Gemakkelijk om vanaf Birgu jezelf te laten over varen naar Valletta. Het dakterras van het penthouse is geweldig, vooral als je mooi weer hebt en daar kan genieten van de zon. Aanrader is restaurant Ta'Salvina, dit is heel dichtbij de accommodatie. Het is een no nonsens restaurant met werkelijk geweldig voedsel en leuk personeel. Ook restaurant Del Borgo is een aanrader, slechts max 15 minuten lopen. Voor een lekker ontbijt of snelle snack kan je beneden het appartement terecht bij Sphinx Pastizzeria en voor koffie of ijs is de ondergelegen ijssalon Crema di Crema een aanrader, de eigenaren zijn schatten van mensen.

Het verkeer op Malta is voor ons is iets te overweldigend. Malta is best heel dicht bevolkt en er zijn heel veel auto's en heel veel rotondes en files. In deze drukte autorijden was soms best stressvol. De aanwezigheid van zoveel hoge bebouwing viel ons ook wat tegen, we hadden gehoopt en verwacht een meer natuurlijke omgeving aan te treffen op Malta.

Nagyon kellemes környék, örültünk, hogy nem Vallettában szálltunk meg. A szállás mellett van reggelizési lehetőség, ugyanakkor egy közeli kisboltban is tudtunk venni magunknak reggelit. A szállásadóval nem találkoztunk, de whatsappon mindig elérhető volt, minden nap küldött üzenetet/ajánlást programokra. Minden szobában volt légkondi. A kis terasz az öbölre néz, igazán kellemes volt reggelente ott reggelizni. :)

Picit kényelmetlen volt a matrac, nekünk túl puha volt, de egyébként teljesen rendben volt minden.
