comfortable apartment, fully equipped - all that you need is there. very nice place - nice view - with a few restaurants, cafe and bakery just downstairs. not typically touristic - which was great - to be among the local people and to experience a bit their lifestyle.

Appartement bien place , très confortable , calme et propre. A quelques minutes a pied du bateau pour La Valette. Facilité pour stationner dans la rue. Yvan est un hôte très réactif et qui vous donne beaucoup de bons conseils .

Apartmán je prostorný, čistý, se dvěma balkóny, s výhledem přes záliv na město Birgu a cíp Valletty. Byl dobře zařízený, včetně jednoho adaptéru do zásuvek, dvou televizí, žehličky a velkého sušáku. Komunikace s majitelem byla bezproblémová. První vstup pomocí aplikace byl sice trochu složitější, ale byl dobře popsán a neměli jsme s jeho provedením žádné problémy; po prvotním vstupu jsme už jen jednoduše používali kartu na otevírání domovních i bytových dveří. V blízkém okolí jsme během našeho pobytu vždy bez problémů zaparkovali. V docházkové vzdálenosti je centrum vědy a techniky Esplora a historické město Birgu. Hned u apartmánu je obchůdek, kavárna (kde prodávali i zmrzlinu) a výborný bufet s občerstvením za skvělé ceny (mj. měl v nabídce pizzy, burgery či pečená kuřata). Přestože tyto podniky byly zdrojem hluku, díky odhlučněným oknům ho nebylo v bytě slyšet.

Apartmán by mohl být dovybaven mikrovlnnou troubou (byla ale k dispozici normální trouba).

Verry nice property. Great terrace. A/C everywhere. Quiet neighborhood with a buss stop no more than 20 m from the property. The host was verry comunicative and helpfull.

Probably in need of some new towels.

L’emplacement est parfait, la vue sur le port, la facilité de se garer, l’appartement en lui même était grand, lumineux, la cuisine est fonctionnelle, on a apprécié les petites boissons et nourritures en plus, Ivan est très réactif et plein de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

La cuisine n’a pas été correctement nettoyé au préalable (mais a été rattrapé après que j’ai prévenu Ivan), la serrure dématérialisée était compliquée à prendre en main : la connexion à l’appli nécessitait un réseau internet (que j’avais du mal à avoir devant la porte) une fois connecté tout va bien.

Perfect quiet location in Kalkara near the water, restaurants and walking to many historical attractions. The size was perfect, clean and well stocked.

Because it is overlooking restaurants, opening the windows let in all the smoke from outside!

The host was outstandingly helpful and the apartment was even better than the pictures showed.

The apartment was in a very good location. It was also comfortable and provided all the amenities. Ivan, the owner, was quite helpful and even in a problem that we had with the hot water, he moved us to another apartment, until the next day, when he brought a technician and fixed it. I definitely recommend it.
