Sehr großzügige Räume - für eine FeWo fast schon riesig. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Tolle Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Sehr zentral gelegen. Bäckerei gegenüber, Netto ums Exk. Was will Mensch mehr?

Dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts! Aber als Info: das Subway direkt unter der Wohnung beginnt mit lauter Geräuschkulisse um 7 Uhr, tw. früher, die Geschäftstätigkeit

Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, inkl Parkplatz im Parkhaus um die Ecke. Sehr zentral gelegen, was in der Nacht für den ein oder anderen zum Problem werden konnte. (bei geöffneten Fenster schlafen teilweise sehr laut)

Wir haben zu vier Freundinnen beide Apartments gebucht und ein schönes Weihnachtsmarkt Wochenende in Koblenz verbracht. Sehr netter Vermieter, immer erreichbar, top Lage in der City, 2 Parkplätze inklusive. Die gute Küchen Ausstattung haben wir gar nicht genutzt. Wir haben in der Bäckerei Hoefer gegenüber sehr gut gefrühstückt. Gute Kissenauswahl im Schlafzimmer, alles bestens!

Locatie top, ruimte top, geen geluid van buiten, alles voorradig, inclusief koffie en thee.

De bovenburen. Eentje houdt van stoelen schuiven...blijkbaar.
