De bovenburen. Eentje houdt van stoelen schuiven...blijkbaar.

Wir haben zu vier Freundinnen beide Apartments gebucht und ein schönes Weihnachtsmarkt Wochenende in Koblenz verbracht. Sehr netter Vermieter, immer erreichbar, top Lage in der City, 2 Parkplätze inklusive. Die gute Küchen Ausstattung haben wir gar nicht genutzt. Wir haben in der Bäckerei Hoefer gegenüber sehr gut gefrühstückt. Gute Kissenauswahl im Schlafzimmer, alles bestens!

The apartment living area is huge, as is the entry hall. The bathroom is really good, enough towels for 2 people for 2 nights. Bed is firm but we like firm beds. The quilts were just right, not as hot as most of the places we’ve stayed at in the last 8 weeks. The apartment was immaculately clean when we arrived. It’s right in the middle of the city at an intersection, but not too noisy. Interesting to sit and look at the world passing by. There is a Netto supermarket a few minutes’ walk away, and every other kind of shop or store you could want is in walking distance. The free parking is in a parking station a few minutes’ walk away. Considering it’s in a busy town, it is very convenient to park there. Marcel is very communicative and helped understand how to get the working permit which turned out to be easier than expected, although it was a quiet Sunday afternoon.

An extra pillow each would be good.

The living room and kitchen are really big. The kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable.

The parking, although it is nearby, still requires some logistics management for the luggage and the parking card in a busy street

Super zentral gelegen. Man konnte fußläufig alles gut erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Die Geräuschkulisse ist schon hoch.
