I think you should advertise the fact that there is no elevator, both my husband and I had difficulty with stairs, we are both seniors and not able to take stairs. Like the location and the apt. except for the stairs

It feels adventurous to have 4 keys (plus 5th key in WC door), vintage stairs and 6 doors in total to get to the property. Location is great.

Room is required to be cleaned by guests. Previous guests left two wet towels in the washing machine and it caused bad odor in the WC when we arrived. No plug in the bath.

It’s a very nice and cozy apartment for any solo travellers or couples. Location was so convenient for all sorts of activities such as shopping, food and entertainment etc. I would recommend this apartment if you’re not picky with little flaws in it :)

Cleanliness of the floor and dishes were a downside, I rewashed the dishes on the first day just to be safe. Walls are paper thin and it’s mandatory to keep noise to a minimum after hours yet the neighbours don’t keep this in mind. Overall there are some flaws to the apartment that you can adapt to if you’re willing to.
