Apartmán 23 v historickom centre Košíc

I would like to mention only one positive thing about this apartment - location. Its really in the historical city center and you have all you need nearby. Maybe its the only plus of this apartment.

There are a lot of things to tell. Would like to start from rules. I mean, I don't leave whole room in trash after my leaving but it's my first time when I got rule that I need to clean everything, to take out the garbage and be silent in a very specific times. The nighttime if after 22:00, but it said that I need to be quite all the time, no parties and nighttime starts from 18:00. I want looking for apartment where I would make a party, I was looking for only a nice rest, but the walls are so bad that I heard all the time all our neighbors. And after all that, you asking ME to be quiet? Another "nice" thing was forks and the utensils for only 2 people, and even they were not in the best condition. And let's imagine that I was booking it for 4 persons and not 2, then 2 persons would it with their hands? Another thing is small, but it shows how the apartment don't want to invest a little bit of money in just small things that just make sense - bottle for hand soap, kitchen faucet and sockets. No even the cheapest bottle of soap, they just put a whole bottle of soap instead of even the cheapest dispenser. Kitchen faucet that can be repaired just in a minute, but instead they just move in all sides. Sockets for charging are even not done correctly, they just hang out from the wall. It's just small things, but even that would make staying in such an apartment even better. Communication with the owner of the apartment is even another story of how he doesn't care about controlling Booking and information that are sent automatically with wrong information. There is also dust that was there before our place, so you can easily see that owner even don't want to normally clean it. And also, one last thing, not working shower. It is so bad, that you can't just turn on the shower. By the way, hot water to take a bath won't be enough to fill it for at least a half.

Great location in the centre of Košice, very friendly and flexible owner, wifi, kitchen with all necessary tools. Very comfortable apartment. Highly recommended 10/10.

The location.

The access was up steep stairs on 2nd floor with no lift. The facilities were run down, lights missing in the bathroom, mirror cracked, washing for sheets and towels from previous tenant were drying in the living room. Because the management expect tenants to clean before leaving the apartment does not appear to have been cleaned properly (I have taken photos to show). For the money charged this was not satisfactory.p

Cozy apartments in the heart of Kosice. Location perfect. Full kitchen /also sugar, oil, salt, tea and coffee. It was great when you arrived tonight. Nice view to Alzbeta Cathedral . Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend
