The venue was close to the place we need to be.

The lift is always wet, The smells of the buildings and the house. There is a cockroach in my toilet. Had to kill it with a baygon. The place aircond was supposed to have two, but only 1 functioning, so we had to turn the AC 24hrs to cold the room since the weather was hot.

Ade laluan ke private beach & pool yang besar utk pengunjung. Ade byk kedai makan yg menarik berhampiran.

The location is just next to the beach and easy access to food and other amenities. The unit also has 4 number of lifts for use. All in good order. The security guard always available at the entrance and very helpful.

1 unit of aircond was not cold during my stay. However, the owner has prompted me prior reaching the unit

Convenient. Other facilities like supermarket, restaurant, clinic, just nearby by walking distance.
