Apartment was very clean..had all the amenities needed..even had sum tea supplies & snacks left in the kitchen for us. Communication from the owner was excellent from a few days prior as well as while we were staying Instructions on everything from check in procedure to how to use the TV/ Playstation was on point. Complex is in next to the beach...4 different pools on the complex All in all a really good choice Will definitely be back

Well decorated and complete furnishing. It is very clean and secure. The owner is very helpful. Instructions to check-in is well documented and easy to follow. Swimming pool and beach is top notch. Food is easy to find and all within walking distance. The shoplots in front has Zus Coffee, bakeries, chicken rice shop as well as pizza shop. There is good laksam at Watak Kopi shop. For dinner there is excellent satay and celup tepung at Sambalz Legacy opposite the residence. All in all - value for money, worry free and great place to stay.

Clean and tidy. Easy to park the car. Level of apartment suitable for staying with children 3 years old for safety purpose. Host are very easy dealing.
