The place is steps away from the weekend market. Spacious, decently clean and the AC works well. I liked the separate entrance and the fact it has a kitchen area to heat up dishes, boil water, as well as cutlery and plates. It was easy to work from and has great wifi. There was always somebody at the reception and there are plenty of places around for convenience as well as to visit.

A bit more maintenance and more thoroughness in cleaning between guests would truly make this place exceptional. Some of the amenities already started having issues or showing stains / signs of old usage.
