I really love this place! It honestly feels like home — I had my own cozy living room, the bed was super comfortable, and the whole space felt safe and peaceful. Before I arrived, they sent very clear instructions on how to get there, which made everything so easy. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She even gave me a contact to book a day tour and helped replace a few things in the apartment, like a kettle and a knife, right away. She was always polite, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had a really nice experience staying here. It’s clean, comfortable, and has such a warm, homey feeling. Highly recommend!

It was near the centre

It was so dirty, the bed was really hard, there were cockroaches and other bugs, I have bites all over my legs. Check out time is 13.00 but I had the lady knocking on my door at 12.00 telling me I missed check out. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks there was limescale all over the bathroom, shower and kitchen area and it smelt like sewage. I had to change rooms cause the toilet was broken in the first and dirty water was rising up so I didn't get the room I chose initially and the smell lingered throughout the building after that. Could do with a plug socket in the actual bedroom!
