-Good location, near a street full of 19th century colonial houses made of teak woods, also near the river. -A local restaurant and a laundry is just next to the hotel. -Very friendly staff. -Not modern, but very clean and comfortable room, good value for money. -Walking distance (5 to 10 minutes) to the city clock tower with lots of street food around and a small park to do some exercise (pull-ups), *if you don't mind exercising in front of lots of kids playing around.

*No complaints about the hotel service itself, perfect. Only minor issues. -You might hear the sound of neighbours (when I stayed, my neighbour had a noisy kid). -To visit the historical areas on the other side of the river with lots of old temples, you need to walk ca 20-40 minutes. If you like walking, this won't be an issue.

It was good to have a car park just outside the apartment. Spacious apartment and very well lit. We loved the bathroom and the fact that the shower was seperate. Overall good amenities.

I feel like this place was better than it's pictures! It's very spacious, with lots of natural light, and everything you need for an extended stay. Microwave and kettle came in handy, plus the wifi was great. There's more than enough space for luggage, great restaurants and cafes nearby, and kitchen utensils. The bed is hard, but this is our preference, so we enjoyed it.

The shower gets warm, but not hot. We didn't mind it, but it's worth mentioning for those that like hot showers.
