С горячей водой проблем не было, сантехника работает исправно, не далеко очень хороший магазин Принос Фрукты и овощи, там продают все и сыры и мясо и прочее

Шумоизоляция отсутствует полностью, дверь не герметичная, спишь как на улице. Соседи шумят, хлопают дверьми. Не предоставили ниодного сетевого адаптера, даже для роутера его не было, розетки на все жилье три. Кухонных принадлежностей мало, сковородки давно пора заменить, все поцарапанные и деформированные. К морю идти далековато вдоль забора с колючей проволокой и автобусной станции.

It was very dirty and full of insects, even after telling the host , they sent pest control the insects we’re still there , cockroaches and bedbugs , and also mold on the bed ..

The location was good.

Too noisy neighbors. The internet connection was poor, so you won't be able to work from the laptop etc.

Nice flat, bequem, clean.

Man can hear the noise from the street, would be good wechseln windows and door, the place in front the flat is not nice, need something to make it pleasant.

DONT BOOK WITH THEM ITS A SCAM! Only after the booking they informed me of a 300€ deposit they want me to pay outside of the app. I was suspicious because their approach was sketchy, but they didn’t let us check in to the room without it, even though we already paid+it WAS NOT mentioned in the booking information that they require it. They promised money will return to me fully within a week from checkout. It’s been already 3 weeks and every time I contact them they tell me it will be refunded within few days.

Everything in the apartment was the same as in the pictures. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished, and the furniture was very good and pretty.

The neighbors were very noisy in the evening and it was tough to fall asleep and rest. The walls weren't thick enough to provide privacy as the buildings had one common wall. Also, the neighborhood wasn’t great and we didn’t feel very safe.
