The shower pipe loose,always fall down during bath. The pressure of water somtimes slow sometime to strong, but understand due to near hosp maybe

The mailbox room was so dark.very difficult to see the numbers on the key lock

SPACE TOO SMALL

The TV didn't working

✅ Pros: - Location is very convenient. There’s a laundromat down the LG. There’s also a convenience store (only open till 11pm). - The amenities were great. There’s an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a working TV. The air conditioner works well, really cold. - Free parking is provided if needed. (You’ll need to request the access card from the landlord.) - The price was reasonable and relatively cheap. 🚫 Cons: - The fridge in the room was moldy. The rubber band near the handle was black. - Sometimes there’s this unpleasant smell coming from the drain in the kitchen. (Especially when the air conditioner is switched off.) - The toilet had moldy spots here and there. And the water pressure sometimes okay, sometimes not? I wish the landlord would come over and check on this matter. The housekeeper might not clean the place thoroughly in response to the mold.
