Lucas was nice to accommodate to our request of one more set of access cards, which helped much for us to coordinate. The location was good, lots of eateries, pharmacy, laundry shop around the area. Not too far from the airport too. Water was hot, aircond was cold, bed is the hard type, but comfortable. The apartment has a nice Chinese theme. Toilet paper was good, and in abundance

The cleanliness could definitely been improved. The house was filled with dust bunnies under the furniture, surfaces were super dusty. We wanted to use the vacuum provided to vacuum up the dust but the vacuum didnt suck at all. All it did was drag the dust and hairs around. Sofa had stains, wasnt the most comfortable. Towels were provided, but of low quality, which meant that my body was covered with lint after wiping myself. Toothbrushes were provided too, but also of low quality, bristles coming off while brushing my teeth. Kitchen utensils (knife and scissors) were not washed and had food stains on them. Bedroom slippers were provided, but only 2, for a total of 4 guests. Ensuite Bathroom had some funky insect gunk going on on the windows. For a moment it felt like I was in a scene of Stranger Things.

La propreté à revoir fortement .

maybe just need bigger iron board since i find it so hard to iron
