The location and the convenience - plenty of shops around the area. Check-in was easy and the carpark was easy to locate. Host was thoughtful to provide more than basic amenities, like shower caps, toothbrush and toothpaste, house slippers, etc. Apartment is cozy and well-furnished.

Nothing major to dislike.
