The unit was tidy and comfy.The place conveniently located and is easily to found.i loved being able to check in early.

We love the water dispenser and oven provided by the host. Very useful and beneficial. The host also provided detergent for laundry.

The whole building seem old

The prime and location as it is situated at the riverwalk area. The management of the homestay is very friendly and responsive.

The unit is old and a bit run down. And the unit consists of too many unused old furniture and items. The sofa is damaged. The floor mats and pillows are old and should be changed.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The location was pretty decent and central to the nearby spots. Overall had a very good trip and stay, highly recommended.

The pool area was under renovation, so couldn't enjoy that aspect but otherwise everything was nice.

The apartment is in a good location on the Kuching river front, it is spacious and well equipped.

1) The bedding on the master bed smelled bad, probably not dried properly following a previous wash. 2) The toilet in the master bedroom blocked. It appears to be a recurring problem due to the presence of a plunger and drain unblocking chemicals. 3) The property has notices on the entry doors and in the lifts stating that Airbnb, home stays and short term rentals not allowed in these premises.
