Location Location!! Arguably probably the best place in Kuching ! Close to whatever direction you wanted to go! Grabs were easy if you needed them.. The view over the river & the foreshore was a bonus.. The apartment itself was bigger than I thought it would be.. can’t sugarcoat it! It was very dated as was the whole building! Definitely in need of some upgrades & maintenance.. we had some minor issues initially but the owner was lovely & fixed what had to be done straight away.. The pool was good but the steps & decking looked awful! They are like an accident waiting to happen!l all in all we had to overlook the negatives as the positives outweighed them.. but if you are used to anything other than basic this isn’t for you!

Temperamental showers! Some days hot & others Luke warm

Easy access to the city centre. Close to the waterfront and I love the view of the river from the apartment’s balcony. Staff was very helpful too.

The view is really nice, the facilities is exceptional, even the building is old but it still value for stay. The owner is very nice, friendly and guiding. The guard also nice and friendly. For me i will like to go 9/10. Because its cheaper.

The location was perfect for us! With direct access to the river promenade. The apartment had a balcony with the river view, where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. A special thanks to madam Wong who made sure everything was well and taken cared of. Definitely recommend this place

This apartment offers a truly convenient location with a 7-Eleven convenience store in the building and a 24/7 McDonald's just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment itself boasts a lovely river view and provides a fully functional kitchen with a stove, kettle, utensils, and microwave. The building also features a swimming pool on the 16th floor with laundry facilities, and the apartment includes a hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, and a washing machine. Ample parking day all night (People shouting HOWDY NEIGHBOR!). Bonus info for the drinkers, there is a bar on the ground floor of the building which closes at 1.30AM.

However, it's worth noting that the building is relatively old, which unfortunately led to some issues with the toilet during my stay. Additionally, the shower curtains could benefit from being replaced due to some mould, and the gym equipment appeared to be dated. Despite these drawbacks, the owner of the apartment was responsive and even provided recommendations about places to eat and visit in Kuching. Their prompt communication and local insights were greatly appreciated.
