Nice view from the balcony. The room is big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. The facilities are also good, they provide all the things that we need eg. washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and freezer, iron and so on. The owner was also friendly and fixed all the problems almost immediately. We will come back for sure when we visit Kuching next time.

The swimming pool is under maintenance but it is not the owner's fault. The bathroom curtain is a bit dirty and moldy.

It provided us with what we need as family travelers. Especially laundry, multiple bathrooms and fridge. It is also near the waterfront which we find relaxing walking.

Location is near waterfront. Balcony looking the river view. Having washing machine is a plus for family

Parking area is a bit too tight and narrow.
