Valkhida's Apartment

Tolle Lage direkt in der Innenstadt aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen und mit schöner Aussicht vom Balkon. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Posizione centrale, appartamento grande, materassi comodi. Proprietaria molto disponibile, ci ha permesso di anticipare il check-in.

The apartment is on the sixth floor of a six-story building near the city centre. It is pretty quiet as the building is not directly at the road but in the second row. Location is the outstanding feature of this apartment. You can get everywhere by walking and you have a nice view. You have an elevator which was very reliable and also reached the garage in the basement (still some stairs). Parking is a big plus. The parking space is actually quite big, but the way through the gate and the garage to get there is a challenge. Still, we were very happy with the parking! The apartment is small, but okay for four persons. There is a balcony and a little kitchen with the necessary items to cook. The fridge is big and modern.

Cleanliness is a problem. A lot of cleaning equipment is in the apartment though. I had to vacuum the apartment so that we could walk without getting dirty feet. The balcony floor was so dirty that the balcony was basically unusable without shoes. There was no towel for the dishes and no space to let the dishes dry. The check in was in person, so that we had to make out a time (and then still wait - a couple of minutes, but on a busy road).
