Valkhida's Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments in Kutaisi. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city, and the view from the apartment was stunning, with a beautiful sight of the Bagrati Cathedral. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the overall coziness and welcoming atmosphere of the place.

However, there were a few minor issues with the furniture. The kitchen cabinet door didn’t stay up on its gas lift, one of the chairs had a broken leg, and in the bathroom, the cabinet legs were rusty, and the door didn’t close properly. The air conditioning was also a bit weak and struggled to cool down all the rooms adequately. These details didn’t significantly impact our stay, but addressing them would certainly enhance the experience for future guests.

In the beginning I liked that property were close to city center.

I didn’t like everything about the property. First of all photos needs to be updated. It’s very old photos when the flat was just build. Photos has filters as well and taken in the way that flat looks bigger. It claims that there is air conditioning. There is only in living room and it doesn’t work properly. In the rooms there is no air conditioning and it was impposible to sleep. It had ants in the flat, from air cobditioning spilage in the balcony. I almost broke my leg because it was very slippery. One more thing which you can’t see in the photos is water tank in the balcony with the pump which is on all night and makes very loud noise. It had mold on lower part on the wall in bedrooms as well. In the kitchen they didn’t even had frying pan and other small kitchen tools which needed for cooking. Terrible expierence, I have book it this flat for 1 week and after 2 days kindly ask owner of the flat just to return me money for rest of the days and forget this incident. Well of course she wasn’t happy and refused to sort this matter without booking.com This is were platforms like booking.com comes of it’s best. I have called them and they changed my booking dates and returned my balance. It’s way overpriced. Next day I did get newly build same size apartment with quality furniture in good location.

Great location. Roomy, airy, and comfortable apartment with a wonderful balcony and view. Close to everything. There is a lift from the parking in the basement.

The location is good and the host was so kind and helpful

A lovely apartment in a building set back from the busy main road. Communication was good with the host and it was easy to collect the keys on arrival. Secure parking is beneath the building, with a lift to take you up to the apartment. The apartment had everything that we needed and was a great place to spend a couple of days, being less than 10 minutes stroll from Colchis Fountain. The bed was very comfortable, the shower great and the WiFi worked perfectly for us. Very happy to recommend.

When leaving the parking area, position yourself correctly before opening the gate because it doesn't stay open for long!
