Great location, excellent view. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Two isolated bedrooms with soundproofing. Large balcony

It could be some salt in a kitchen. Small home ants in the apartment so you should pack you food carefully

Location is great, people are nice and friendly, they allowed us to check in early. Property is cleaning neat. The host helped us fetch a taxi. Very astonishing view from balcony

The view is great! Apartment was clean and tidy. The living room is sunny and pretty spacious, the balcony is also nice. Beds and the sofa were comfortable. Lots of storage space. We liked the place and the location. There were washing machine, proper bathtub (worth mentioning, as it's not so common in Georgia) and some cutlery.

Though we had cutlery and the stove, there unfortunately were no cooking oil and tea/coffee - that could be a nice touch. Also comparing to the other places available in Kutaisi the price was compatible, but overall short term rental market there is pretty overpriced (considering what you get for the money).

Lovely apartment with everything that you need. The host is very very nice, responsive and friendly.
