The apartment is newly renovated, very nicely decorated and equipped with everything one may need during holidays. I particularly appreciated small things like salt, oil, coffee, soap and similar things you will surely need during your stay but probably didn't remember to take with you. The apartment is very close to the beaches, markets, shops and the train station. Air-conditioning was really helpful during hot afternoons. Marina is a wonderful host, very attentive, responsive and flexible to accommodate your needs. Check-in and checkout are really fast and easy. Paid parking is available but we parked the car in a free parking area.

Frankly speaking, the apartment is a bit small for a family with 2 teenagers. Otherwise, simply the best!

We liked absolutely everything - tasteful decor, comfortable beds, convenient location, close to nice restaurants, train station and the beach. Our host was fantastic! Truly friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, going above and beyond our expectations. Will certainly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a great rental place in Lavagnia that feels like home.

Takes a bit for the check in. The lady must come from another place and we had to wait in the street. But this is not a hotel so it's ok.

"Perfect Stay – Great Location and Wonderful Comfort" Our stay at Home Sweet Home was absolutely fantastic! We felt right at home during our 3-day visit. The local restaurants kept our bellies happy, and the apartment’s location was ideal—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful after a full day of exploring. The apartment is perfectly positioned, making it easy to get around and also unwind in the calm surroundings. Everything was spot on, and we couldn’t ask for more. A solid 10/10 for everything you do! We’ll definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in the area again. Thank you so much!

Very clean, excellent location, in the apartment everything was available till the smallest details… Strong recommendation!

The flat has got everything you need and more. Coffee, toiletries bedsheets and towels were provided. Very good location. It is possible to park for free by the football grounds.
