"Perfect getaway and much better then a hotel (you can sleep really long and nobody wants to come in for cleaning etc)."

Very friendly owners and easy to contact and responsive. Well situated studio in well maintained and cute building. Very well equipped, even washing/dryer with detergent. Everything works, everything clean, plenty of towels,… we slept really well (good insulation) and Lavagna is laid back town. Out the door is a bar with very good cappuccino/espresso and they serve food at noon at very very reasonable prices. All other eateries are close-by… the furthest walk in Lavagna is 10min 😎 Supermarkets are open late and you can go get when you need it. At first look Lavagna doesn’t look very posh or so, but central located to either go visit Genova, Portofino or Cinque Terre. We didn’t check the beach since it wasn’t the season and despite rain and wind we enjoyed our stay truly. We came by car and the owners had arranged a reserved parking space so we had no troubles finding parking when coming back from our outings. So also this service we very much appreciated. Fully recommend this place, it’s exemplary at all levels.

"Very good apartment in general"

Very well equipped apartment with cosy furniture. Near the train station, beaches and commerce.

The floor is cold. The living room is somewhat small for 4 people
