The appartment looked exactly as shown on the pictures and it's location is ideal (very central, everything in Lerwick on walking distance). All the equipment you need was available and everything was in perfect condition.

Tea, coffee and fresh milk included, plenty of cleaning products too.

There was nothing we did not like, you would really be 'nit-picking' to find anything wrong at all.

Location, location, location! Also the property was kitted out with everything we needed.

Strong used of fabric refresher, could not rest for the allergy reaction. It was in the bed, bathroom, kitchen area.

Excellent apartment, comfortable, very clean, well equipped. Ideal location.

The location was excellent - not too central but within easy walking distance of all the local amenities. I liked not having a physical key; the door codes were easy to operate and there was no worry of mislaying a key. The system for getting the room serviced or requesting clean towels etc was efficient and easily understood and worked very well.

There was nothing I did not like; this was our first time on Shetland and our enjoyment of the time there was enhanced by the good accommodation just as much as the beautiful scenery and the places we visited.
