The bus connection is every hour, and sometimes the drivers just drive by, because the busses are always very full.

Beautiful location in quiet Lezzeno. Only 10min drive to Bellagio. Property was beautiful, spacious and clean. Hosts were very friendly and accomodating

Amazing! We had a great stay and the hosts were very helpful with advice on transport and things to do. It’s a nice little village and you do need to book restaurants in peak season as they do get busy. The views from the apartment are incredible and exactly like the photos! We loved staying here and would recommend!

Where do we start?! The location is absolutely perfect for a breath taking view across Lezzeno- only a 10 minute walk to local restaurants. You feel like you are in your own little world observing the tranquility of the lake - one of the most stunning locations we have ever stayed in. The garden area was lovely to relax and catch the early evening sun and our balcony was perfect for that morning coffee with the view of all views. Hosts Monica and Paolo went above and beyond for us, Paolo gave us a lift to a wedding we had at Aurora Hotel to save us a hilly walk in the heat and also recommended taxis last minute when ours nearly cancelled on us. They were very quick to respond to messages and so welcoming. We can’t wait to come back and would always choose here.

I loved everything about the stay. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Even picked me up from the bus stop so I didn’t have to walk up the stairs with my bags. So clean, quiet. And well once in a lifetime views. We will most definitely be back!
