Great location - really quiet at night, but still on the bus route to Como or Bellagio. Hosts were lovely. Close to some really amazing restaurants. The top apartment has a brilliant balcony which isnt overlooked at all - something we honestly didnt expect. AC was super duper cold

The parking is ~250m/3 mins away up a walking path, this wasnt an issue for us, but I can see others finding it a problem. To get to the restaurants or lake, you have to walk up/down a pretty steep hill which again wont be for everyone
