Bathroom door lock a bit confusing
BNMYGreat location and very convenient for families. The agent was responsive to some hiccups here and there. A/C wasn't functioning in the masterbedroom but was fixed after the 2nd day.
Stayed multiple times along the years but the unit definitely needs maintenance and some TLC. It's getting runned down. Shower heads needs replacing, bathroom pipes needs a fixerup and thorough cleaning of the bathrooms as it had a stench. Kitchen needs some TLC too as some cups and plates were chipped. Proper pest extermination is required. Entered the house with few live cockroaches running around. Agent responded by sending housekeeping with aerosol spray and cockroach bait poison.

1. I book it 1 month earlier but the owner do not give me details of stay earlier. they said will update me 1 day before I stay but I still didn’t get any updates until I’m complain in Booking.com. the services totally disappointed! 2. the instructions to get access card and key and return it is confusing. I’m wasting almost 2hours to get the key and car park space! we suggested better owner provides videos to get the key and the car park. 3. smelly pillows in rooms. 4. no exhaust fan in washroom. 5. late responses before staying but fast responses for check out! totally speechless with this 6. totally 4 aircons in house but only 1 functioning well. 7. the beds aren’t comfortable 8. no clearly instructions to car park space. the space is located behind the building and the entrance to space is full with cars. only 1 way for in and out. for those who is first been here totally can’t get it easily. how come I know it can be going in and out since other ways at car park is all one way? 9. car parks area is too dark! securities here unfriendly and unhelpful. 10. staff ask to return key then takes lift and go back to car park to get my car. i wonder she don’t know access card is needed to go to car park?
