Lift lobbies smelly. Unit smelly. Torn door at kitchen cabinet (owner said will only repair NEXT YEAR). Torn and old looking table cloth. Leaking in bathroom and washing machine area. Leaking pipes. No provision of shanpoo. Only body wash. We had stayed in Abnb many X and this is the worst. Esp when fantastuc reviews drove up expectations.
MYThe accessibility to places and shopping lots. Convenience to shop. Instructions to collect homestay keys easily comprehended. Towels provided were cleaned.
The floor in the unit that we stayed in was not swept properly and there was even a toenail left behind. The toilet bowl was not cleaned and the yellow stains remained. The kitchen sink had some residue and the water kettle had ants in it. The leather sofas were really dirty (underneath). There was leftover hair on the bedsheets. The lift was smelly caused by the garbage disposal.
MYMYStrategic location and convenience. The staff (Lee Ping) was very kind and helpful. I accidentally left my MacBook adapter in the unit. She helped to return my adapter via delivery service to KL. Thank you for the wonderful service.
